Rated 1 out of 5 by taw1993 Less Than a Year & It's Dead I bought this vacuum cleaner in March 2012 to clean my dorm room. During the summer(May - August), the vacuum was stored indoors. Returned back to college and the system worked for about 2 weeks and I brought it out today, and it refuses to turn on - tried plugging it into multiple different outlets. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I will not purchase another Bissell again. 10/21/2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by nmrawker PowerGroom vacuum This machine has great suction power to really clean a tile floor. The bagless compartment is easy to empty and clean after use. The drawbacks to the vacuum is it is hard to pull around corners because of the big wheels. The tool bar is terrible. It falls off all the time. The accessories that the vacuum uses should be stored on the base of the vacuum and not on the handle. Overall the vacuum is good for cleaning floors. 07/14/2012
