I have gone through several regular steam cleaners in the past 8 yrs as we have 2 large dogs and beige carpeting ** what were we thinking?!?!?! ** :o) Two outstanding options: small enough to move around the floor and stairs with ease AND I was able to do our livingroom and stairs without refilling the tank. I'm thinking this may be a great house - X'mas gift this year! 10/11/2012

As soon as I received it I could use it because it came with a sample of the cleanser good for two times. My Gosh! It is magic! Got rid of the old stain and no bad odors at all.Since my dog was sick for a while longer I was able to use it a few more times and loved the results each time.The only problem I find is that there is no place to keep the extra tools attached to the machine when not in use but that is a tiny problem when I compare it to the huge one I had! 05/02/2012

It seemed to help with the clean up pretty well.......however I had already scrubed it out of the floor with reg. soap and water. One thing I agree with that I wasn't very happy about, was the fact that it does spray in all directions, instead of directly on the floor. Can't wait to use it on my furniture! Over all I think it is a pretty good machine for the $. Oh and I too got it in the store for $10.00 less than the online price! 01/22/2012
