The heater switch can be turned on or off, depending on the power you require. This Bissell deep cleaner also contains a stain tool, which can be used against tough marks and stains. Rated 2 out of 5 by unhappy Unhappy I purchased this product and when I assembled it I was very dissapointed. The salution tank was very small. When I tried to use it the unit kept acting like it was out of salution or stopped up. I returned it to the store and noticed that others like it had been returned by other customers. 08/18/2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by lee222 Sprayer Stopped Working Ive used my Bissell 3 or 4 times and the upholstery cleaner stopped spraying. My vacuum technician told me its a common problem...but after 3 times? Otherwise it works great...but if your looking to clean your upholstery then I do not recommend it. 08/16/2012
