Rated 5 out of 5 by Baldytwo Purchased this after our Hoover Windtunnel with the propel assist broke. We were concerned that the Bissell would be hard to push and not as good at picking up especially pet hair. Wrong! The Bissell has larger wheels and moves very easily and does a far better job of cleaning. Because of its effectiveness it needs to be emptied more frequently. We love it and would purchase again. 11/30/2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Gryssel A BEAST! And heavy like one too! This vacuum is a true Beast! It cleaned the carpet like no other vacuum ever has. I think the carpet looked lighter. But like every beast, this vacuum is heavy. If you are looking for a quick and easy job then choose another vacuum. This vacuum is made for the heavy jobs, it will not disappoint cleaning wise but it will also give you an arm work out. I personally do not mind its weight but it will certainly not be a good vacuum for people with back or arm problems. I would give it 5 STARS for the CLEANING and 4 STARS if taking the weight into consideration. 02/29/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by arltxishm great vacuum. everything I was looking for Unit has excellent suction and the power brush turns off when the unit is locked in the upright position while utilizing the hose or just standing there while you are moving furniture around.The portable pet brush works great also, brush actually keeps spinning while vacuuming furniture or the stairs instead of stopping on contact like other manufactures I have had.Plenty of suction definitely a smart purchase over the more expensive units like Dyson. 12/24/2011

The only thing that could make this vacuum better is easier to dump dirt. The button is a little hard to push to open the dirt cup. 07/02/2012
