Rated 5 out of 5 by 11ss Small. Great suction. I have very limited storage space in my apartment so unfortunately, I was restricted to compact options when shopping for a vacuum. After reading countless reviews, I decided to buy Bissell's Easy Vac mainly because of the price.I've only used this a couple of times but so far, I'm really impressed. For such a small vacuum, it sure gets the job done and even with a medium-long dog hair on the floor, it hasn't clogged up on me yet. I would compare the suction power to my previous Kirby. Also, this works both on carpets and hardwood floors.Yes, the canister is small and you have to empty it out quite a bit. I do it 2 times for my 700 sq ft apartment. But honestly, there is nothing to complain about. If you want a larger canister, don't buy a compact vacuum cleaner. It's really that simple. 10/29/2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hess99 You get a lot more than what you pay for!!! I am not one for writing reviews, but this vacuum was such a good purchase - I just had to write a review! When my vacuum died, I went on a competitive search for a good machine that would not break my wallet. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it is smaller than I expected and you have to empty it after every 3-5 uses for the best effect, but those are compromises I am willing to make. Overall, suction is great, extremely lightweight and super easy to use. So much that my 7 year old son has now taken over the household vacumming duties because this machine does the job well and he can handle the machine with ease. Great Buy!!! 11/22/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Mardigras This vac was a disappointment in the end 4 me 1st, want to compliment Walmart.com's super service. I ordered this on Sat., 9/15 and to my surprise and joy it arrived with FREE S/H, FedX that very next Tues., 9/18!!I received a very expensive, well advertised brand of vacuum as a gift from my husband a couple of yrs. back. Won't mention brand names but it was about $600. I found it to be too heavy and hard to use as I'm disabled, on many pain medications. That vac weighing in at about 50lbs, seemed to be a wrestling match between the 2 of us.LOLI did and always research and read reviews b4 purchases. I saw this here for such a great price. Seeing it weighed about 10 lbs. and was so easy to use, ordered it.BUT IT WORKED GREAT FOR ONE THOROUGH CLEANING. I'm not a huge fan of cleaning but this had me up and moving. I needed to empty the dirt cup 2x's. After I was finished and had emptied the cup a third time and put it away. The next day when going to use it noticed there was a clog in the upper chamber of the vacuum, referred to the instructions how to remove it. In order to do so, had to take the dirt cup and filter cup to get to that cup. When seeing the filter, both the white, disposable, need to replace and buy filter was already filthy and the supposedly great, easy to wash filter was also. However, got frustrated because I was ready and eager to use this new toy of mine a 2nd time and saw in the instructions that YES, the filter is easily washed off, MUST AIR DRY b4 reuse. And I knew that I'd need to replace the white, replaceable filter in a manner of a month. This breaks my heart. It was the best little vac., at a great price. Using it was like a feather at its 10 lbs.So my advance notice is that it starts out with u being thrilled. If I had written this after the 1st use, b4 seeing the filter system's problem, would have left a 5 star review but am now leaving it with a 1 star. It went back to the store yesterday.I feel this is close to being a disposable vac. Apparently you get what you pay for so my search for a different one will continue.Kind of a FYI thing if you want to go to a store to buy this. In our store the same little vac comes in a variety of pretty colors along with the black one. 09/23/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by OneMAC Good sweeper This is a good little sweeper for the price and has incredible suction, better than my more expensive one. It's light weight and easy to handle. One drawback is that it blows air out when it's running, so you have to sweep next to walls first and work across so as not to blow dust back where you already swept. 11/02/2012
