This deterrent did it's job. I had trouble with small birds building nests behind my shutters. Every so many days, I move it around.

Great

Very happy with this product !  As soon as we placed it next to our pool, there was no more mess from this birdies.  We move it around from time to time do the don't get used to it on one spot.  So far it is working well.

Bird Be Gone Hawk

We bought this to keep the birds out of the shed and garage and away from the cats food on the porch. It so far seems to be doing the job.

I bought this hawk decoy to keep the birds from eating my dragon fruits during the summer months and so far so good. I moved the decoy bird once a week, facing different direction as suggested. The only downside is that it also scared the humming birds away. I used to have humming birds visit my yard daily which I don't mind!

My fruits protector

The decoy did work in ridding the yard of the bunny chewing Hawk. But not for advertised reasons. This decoy worked by being so ugly and unrealistic, that it offended the Hawk away never to be seen again. This decoy is butt ugly! But works!

It does work.

Our house had become a picnic for some sort of woodpecker. It would not respond to us yelling and saying things about its family and politics. But I placed a decoy near each of two feeding areas and the bird has not been back. Really!

this item was bought too scare away birds in trees it did not have that effect i put it up in tree to let them see and they still have a few still comming around maybe it should have sound or movement.

I was hoping the hawk would keep the birds off my deck and leaving their dropping everywhere. I also have an owl on my deck, but so far nothing has worked. My deck seems to be their personal restroom.

Hawk Decoy

Do not buy this decoy! We purchased two of them, set them in the backyard and moved them several times. This decoy does not work. It seemed as though it was actually attracting more and more birds. There was a small bird that came every evening right at 6:30 pm (dusk) to perch itself on the corner of the pillar of our patio and sleep and poop all night. We put the Red Tail Hawk Decoy on the patio table facing the area where it sleeps. It just ignored the decoy and slept. We decided to put bird spikes in the area to keep it away. We have noticed an increase in bird droppings ever since we put the decoys in the yard. Sent an email to OJCommerce requesting a return authorization. They emailed back and it is not worth it to send it back. They said it has to be in the original packaging, 20% restocking fee, must pay to ship it back. I would not net very much.

I have a problem with birds making nests and roosting under my folded up awning. I think it may have scared them for maybe 1 day but after that they couldn't have cared less. I moved it frequently & even hung it right by where they build their nest and nothing.
