Rated 4 out of 5★ by Great workout at home during the summer it's too hot to go outside and do any kind of exercise, even walking. So I purchased this DVD to do some exercise at home. I have started with 5 minute warm up 20 minute level 1 yoga and cool down 5 min. total of 30 minutes. I have been stuck with the same weight for 6 months and by doing this video once every day I have lost 2 lbs in one week of doing it. I'm happy and it has motivated me to keep doing it, 30 minutes then I'm done for the day. It gets easier the more you do it first week it was hard since it was my first time doing yoga. Even if you can't do some of the work outs you will still sweat and feel sore the first days.Great work out will recommend to anyone even for some of us who have never done yoga. 07/14/2014
