Meets expectations. The hooks are truly J hooks which makes hanging and unhooking bikes a little difficult. However I'm satisfied when the bike is hung on the hook it's secure. Also makes the garage look organized especially when you have 5 bikes. 12/03/2011
It Does The Job I picked it up at the store using sitetostore. The packing was terrible. It was just thrown in a medium sized box with no packing material whatsoever. Its a heavy item for the flimsy box it was in.Other than that its a good hanger. It does the job. I recommend modding the arm a little bit by adding extra foam or cusioning. It comes with a cheap little pad that left me wanting more padding.For the price i'm glad i got it. 02/26/2012
