I would highly recommend this mix whether you have gluten issues or not! We bought it for a guest who is intolerant to gluten and were pleasantly surprised! 12/31/2012
Directions
- You will need: 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, melted, 2 eggs. 1. heat ovento 350 f for shiny metal pan or 325 f for dark or nonstick pan. Grease(or use cooking spray) bottom Of pan. 2. stir brownie mix, butter andeggs in medium bowl until well blended (batter will be thick). Spread inpan. 3. bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches fromside Of pan comes out almost clean; cool. To cut warm brownies easily,cut with plastic knife using short sawing motions. Store tightlycovered. 8" x 8" pan size, bake 28-31 minutes. 9" x 9" pan, bake 26-30minutes. 11" x 7" pan, bake 23-26 minutes. High altitude (3500-6500 ft):stir 2 tbsp cornstarch into brownie mix. Decrease butter To 2 tbsp; use3 eggs; add 2 tbsp water. Bake at 350 f: 8" shiny pan 40-43 min; 8" darkpan 37-40 min' 9" shiny pan 30-34 min; 11" shiny pan 28-31 min. Bake at325 f: 9" dark pan 30-34 min; 11" dark pan 28-31 min.
