Chocolate crumb crust, rich peanut butter center, with chocolate topping. The only surprise was it's much saltier and less sweet than I expected. (Next time I'll try unsalted butter). Perfect size--I cut it into 16 generous pieces. It's so rich that one piece is enough. Super quick and easy, and super yummy!!! I'll definitely be trying this again. This mix is a wonderful idea, I'm so glad they made it. 01/23/2013
Directions
- Place topping pouch in bowl Of hot water (do not microwave pouch); setaside. Measure water And 2 tablespoons softened butter in mediummicrowaveable bowl; add crust mix (do not stir). Microwave uncovered onhigh 45 seconds. Stir with fork until mix is moistened. Press firmly andevenly in ungreased pan (included). Melt 1/4 cup butter in mediummicrowavable bowl on high about 15 seconds. Stir in filling mix andpeanut butter until well mixed. Press evenly on crust. Squeeze toppingpouch 10 seconds. Cut off top Of pouch. Squeeze And spread toppingevenly over filling. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Cover And refrigerateleftovers up To 2 days.
