Rated 1 out of 5 by kantski Review of Chaise Lounge Purchase I purchased an Agio International Chaise Lounge in August 2010. I finally received a replacement chaise lounge on Dec. 15. A factory part was missing on the original, so they said a new one would have to be sent to me. Except for prompt email correspondence, this company took 12 weeks to figure out that they needed to send me a new chair, and another 7 weeks to send it to me. Almost TWENTY WEEKS to get a chaise lounge that I ordered on-line in August. The only good part is that I finally have it, and it's a decent chair. Not that I can use it - it's December and we are having a 6-inch snowfall tomorrow. I won't be able to use it till at least April. I waited almost half a YEAR to get this chair. Totally unacceptable delivery time, regardless of product value. 12/19/2010
Rated 4 out of 5 by Maitland Assembly of Chair I was able to assemble the chair by myself but there were a few problems I encountered. The left side arm did not fit onto the chair until I used pliers to straighten out the metal flap where the screws are inserted. Also, when trying to tighten the bolts for the back of the chair, I needed to use a pair of pliers to hold the bolt so I could tighten the screws properly. The tools provided were not sufficient to do the job properly. Oh, yes, a washer was missing from my package. I received it in 4 days. 09/20/2010

I would have rated it higher , except that one of the support brackets was welded on at an angle that resulted in one of the legs being at an angle rather than perpendicular to the gound. This compromises the stability of the chair, especially if used by a heavy person. 06/15/2011
