Not Bad...if it's what you want There's nothing really wrong with the rug itself. Just a little darker than I thought it would be. I thought it was more of a cream color, turns out it's more of an olive greenish color. Almost looks dirty to me. The pets love it, the kids love it...just not quite what I had in mind. I might just put it in my dining room and buy a different rug for my living room. 03/21/2012
A Great Round Rug! Round area rugs are not easy to find, and in shops where they are, most often they are a bit cost prohibitive if one intends to use the carpet in a high-traffic area prone to "accidents". When an internet search led me to this Karachi Bisque area rug at such a reasonable price, I was struck by the high-praise reviews it had received. Of course, rave Customer Reviews notwithstanding, there is often a big difference between what-you-see and what-you-get, but this pretty, not-so-very-little BH&G round area rug a did not disappoint! It is all the picture shows and everything Customers said it would be, and then some. For once the old adage "You get what you pay for." does not seem to apply, because this rug looks like I paid a great deal more. Its pattern is well stated without being boisterous, its colors bright without being gaudy, and its pile thick enough to mimic the more expensive wool type we would all love to own if only we lived in museums without kids and pets. I have mine under a round, glass, dining room table where it gets a lot of traffic, including heavy, wooden chairs being pulled back-and-forth across it several times a day, and yet, so far, it is none-the-worse for such use/abuse. The only reason I gave its appearance four stars instead of five is in one, very small area, there is a section where the pile lies in the opposite direction to the rest, giving the appearance of dark spots (read: looks like a spill) but I am sure this is an anomaly one would encounter in even the most expensive carpet. The S&H directly to our house was extremely reasonable as well, and is something very helpful for those of us with small vehicles. These days, when every hard earned penny counts, I am so glad I did not have to sacrifice style for thrift or function for form; yes, I would not only recommend this area rug to a friend, I would buy one for my own mother. 09/30/2011
beautiful rug! I searched all over the internet and this rug was the best value! It is a very rich looking rug. My only complaint is that it took about 2 weeks for the wrinkles to relax so that the rug was flat. Once that happened, all was great. I have gotten lots of compliments on it from friends who have bought very expensive rugs for their own houses. 09/29/2011
