Rated 4 out of 5 by Chase85 Beautiful for sure, durability reamines to be seen We purchased the Hillcreset seven piece dining set, the chaise, and the umbrella. We love the appearance, the furniture is absolutely stunning.However, the furniture did not arrive without some issues. One chair (from the dining set) had a large crack, one had a bent frame, one had damage to the finish, and one had damaged glider (rubber foot). Despite the long list of issues we are incredibly satisfied because the BJI customer service was fast, polite, and attentive. BJI replaced all of the damaged parts within a week and free of charge.Some customers have expressed concerns about white spots appearing on the finish from the elements - After the first rain ours got these spots too - we cleaned the furniture (as recommended by the manufacturer) and the spots came right off and have not reappeared.Some customers have expressed concerns about the welds - the welds (only the welds on the seat which is covered by a cushion) are somewhat messy (keep in mind I am a perfectionist).The furniture appears solid though it is very light (aluminum). I cannot speak to how long it will hold up, because frankly it is just hard to know. I can assure you that I am confident that any issues I may have in the future will be addressed by the BJI customer service team. 09/24/2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by ag986 Easy assembly, light weight frames with wheels Product was very easy to assemble requiring only a hammer (to pound washer on to axle) and the supplied wrench.Frames are very light weight aluminum and are eash to carry and/or roll around.Cushions are thick and the botttom cushions have ties to secure them in place.The backs have 5 adjustments from completely flat to nearly vertical.Only complaint is one of the front legs of the frames arrive slightly bent which appears to more of a workmanship issue than damage during transportation. The angle of the bent leg does not affect the frame's stability. 08/29/2011

I have use it almost every evening since I got it.I had it delivered to my home and the delivery man put it on my deck for me. All I had to do was put the wheels on and take the plastic off the cushions. About 15-20 minutes of work after getting it out of the box. It is very comfortable to sit on 09/30/2010

Assembly was easy consisting only of connecting the wheels. Be careful to install the nut properly so as to be able to seat the plastic cover. I am 100% happy with this purchase. 08/05/2010
