    Rated 4 out of 5 by Better Homes and Gardens Chaise Lounge The Chaise Lounge was very nice and not too hard to assemble. However, as we were assembling the chair we noticed that the frame was cracked which made the attachment to the arms at the bottom impossible. We took pictures and contacted B&H customer service and they said they would send a replacement frame asap, but that they were currently out of stock of the piece. If all works out, it is a very nice and roomy piece of garden furniture. 05/06/2011

    Rated 4 out of 5 by elegant and comfortable chaise I love the put together chaise - its sturdy, elegant and very comfortable. The only problem I had was when the 2nd chaise couldn't be put together because of miss drilled parts. HOWEVER THE COMPANY WAS VERY QUICK WITH SENDING ME OUT REPLACEMENT PARTS- JUST KEEP ALL RECIEPTS AND BE WILLING TO PHOTOGRAPH AND EMAIL THE PROBLEM WITH THE CHAISE. I am very impressed with the design and quality of the finished product. And it would be a 5 star rating if not for the inconsistancy of the product. 05/02/2012
