    Very poor quality. I wiil definitely do not recommend this product to anybody. 12/11/2008
    Horrible product line Saying that this is a "cute" set of dishes is the ONLY nice thing we can say about this product. After purchasing this set early February of 2009, we had to actually take back both boxes due to numerous chips and damage to several of the pieces. We originally thought that the boxes must have been dropped or damaged during shipping, so we took the boxes back and exchanged them. We quickly figured out that these dishes chip super easy. They chip with the slightest "tap". Seemed like every time I put dishes away, I found another chip on several pieces. Plates have even cracked in "half" in the microwave and in the dishwasher even though the box claims that these dishes are microwave & dishwasher safe. We have had to replace so many pieces, but we are done replacing pieces. We have figured out that this set is just not durable. We have sent numerous letters & emails to BHG, and they still have not responded. It would be fine if you wanted to put this set in a hutch and not use it. I am so disappointed that this set is still on the shelves at Walmart. The set I gave away when we purchased this set, we had for 5 years without hardly any chips...it was such a durable set.....and we bought it at KMart....believe it or not....it was a non brand named super box set that included glassware.....I sure wish we had that old set back. 10/17/2010
