Hmm.. what can u say. its a pole This product would have gotten all 4s or 5s from me if not for the cheap medal they provide to hang it with. The set up was very easy and everything looked fine. i came home one day and notice the end of one of my curtain was hanging lower than the other.. the "medal" piece that was suppose to hold it up was bent.. i bent it back to place but it looks like i am going to have to find something else to hold it up with. besides that it is a wonderful product. 08/17/2010
