I wanted to get them a black/white board, but the easels sold in toy stores are not built for two five year old boys. I have had it for two weeks now and they are happy campers. It is strong enough so each child could use each side at the same time. The shelf that goes in the middle provides storage for markers, chalk, books, etc. It is absolutely adoralbe that they are playing school and being little teachers. With all of the magnetic words and supplies at the teacher stores, this easel is a wonderful learning tool. I would highly recommend it. 03/26/2010
