They sent me child resistant bottles... Since I am 60 yrs old and disabled, they are impossible to open.  I&#39;ve six bottles I can&#39;t use.  I would have never ordered them if that information was disclosed in the description.  So to answer your question... you have to push down on the top and turn it at the same time.  Good luck.
