Not really; I found that even a small chicken was tricky to handle while cooking and removing. Larger pieces of meat are heavier than the pan itself. Better to stick to lower or smaller food products.

is this roaster big enough to roast a 14 lb turkey ?

Broiling pan

Very good for the money, washes very quickly and easily. Cleanse up with just a sponge.

Great set.

I bought this set because through the years, many others burned, even by a second baking (and lined) and those of higher quality (and heavier) did as well, and so I just needed and wanted new, lighter pans.
I have used all of this set, since purchasing, occasionally, for baking cookies, graham pies, cut up chicken, roast, etc. It is true they are low cost, thin and and so, lightweight but they have worked. I admit I line these lighter ones with heavy duty aluminum wrap (2 pieces) believing that, along with quick cleanup they will stay cleaner, unstained, longer. They cooked food equal to other pans, though, as I found out, perhaps baking smaller types of food products is best; larger cooking items, at least for me, were a little tricky to turn and remove. Being thin, they cool down quickly.
And once again, quick cleanup is essential to keeping these unstained (I prefer these to be washed by hand). but determining actual quality, will take a lot more variation of baking.

For occassional baking

This is an organized, functional and well considered set. It has all uses covered for an individual or small family and can store in limited space.

Negatives? It is a little thin for the money and the life expectancy of the set with a reasonable finish is questionable. However, time will tell.

It did give me the opportunity to dispose of ugly, burned pieces.

One or two fewer pieces and increasing the weight and strength of product would be a better value.

Much lighter weight than expected--warps in oven.

they were all bent went i received them, very thin.

HORRIBLE

buy a roll of tin foil and shape it into pans because thats all this company did.

extremely thin and cheap material, like disposable grill pans.

coating is nonstick, but definitely not teflon.

pans will crinkle and bend out of shape as soon as the oven gets over 300.

also rust developed in the bottom creases after the first hand washing.

only upside was the spatula.... actually pretty nice.

I'm giving this product only 1 star because the metal is much thinner than I had expected.
The nonstick finish probably will work OK, but I think the product will warp baking at a high temperature for a long period, therefore I'm not recommending this product until I use it for a period of time
