Baby Trend - Sit N Stand Plus Double Stroller, Silverado 4.5 5 201 225
Not that great The back seat is very small for the toddler. Even though my daughter is already small in size, her legs are still reaching the basket and if she puts her feet on the stand, her thighs are not resting on the seat. We found Sit-N-stand Double the newer version which has a higher back seat and can interchange the infant carseat from the front to the back so my daughter who is 3, can switch to sit in the front while the baby can be closer to me. The newer model is a bit bigger but totally worth the change. I returned this product (sit-n-stand delux) after trying out the newer version. 06/23/2009
LOVE this stroller! This stroller was perfect for us because my babies are exactly 2 years apart. I knew that the two year old wouldn't be in a stroller much longer, but didn't want to invest in a regular sit and stand yet where she would just be get down off the standing platform constantly. So this is great! I ended up putting my infant seat (Graco Snugride) in the BACK seat, and let me older child sit up front. It worked better for us that way, and let her see what was up ahead. 02/28/2010
Lots of room to grow I got the double stroller, sit and stand version of this stroller. I was unsure about this stroller because I was afraid it would be too big, but it really folds up nice and small for a double stroller. My sister-in-law got a Joovy Caboose sit and stand which doesn't have the double stroller feature and hers is much larger and more bulky than this one is. It turns and handles well, which is more than I can say for the single stroller that I have. There is an issue with the under carriage basket, as it is hard to get to, but my diaperbag has a stroller strap that has my bag hang over the handle for easy accessibility so it's not a problem for me. It was easy to put together and my Graco Snugfit carseat fits perfect on it. My 2 year old is not old or big enough to be trusted to just sit or stand, so the fact that I can still have her in a stroller seat with a 5 point harness ( which is a great feature) is great and when she gets older, I won't have to run out and spend another $200 on a sit and stand stroller! I love the versitility and the grow with me value. 12/06/2007
Best double stroller on the market! This is the BEST double stroller you will find on the market!Pros:Extremely lightweightVery spacious between seats, even w/ seats reclinedDouble cup holders for parentsExtremely easy to maneuver (my almost 2yr old loves to spin it around)Durable, easy to clean materialAmple height and coverage of canopiesFits most infant car seats (ours was an Eddie Bauer)Will accommodate an infant and toddler thru age 5+ w/ the sit to stand featureStadium seating (backseat is elevated so child in backseat has view of where goingEasy to collapse and very compactCons:No backseat cupholder (but ALL doubles do not have backseat cupholders)Basket inaccessible (but ALL, even high end doubles do not have baskets that are accessible)Once collapsed, stroller doesn't lock into place, have to use 2 hands to keep stroller collapsed when putting in vehicleI have researched (read all reviews all over the internet) and tested out multiple strollers, both in store and shopped and purchased online. This is the BEST double stroller you will find. Trust me, just purchase this one. I purchased a red versatile stroller that was approx $50 more but it was much, much heavier and smaller. My son is almost 2 yrs old and is 34" tall and fits very, very comfortably in both the front and back seat. I expect to keep the double seating for at least another year before I have to switch to the stand position. I am so amazed at how reasonably priced this stroller is considering the high quality and ease of the stroller. My husband called it the "cadillac" of strollers. 05/29/2009
