Soft & Chewy As I searched everywhere for the best value and sophisticated look. The crib is very nice and my husband put it together easily. Though the wood is so soft and easy to scratch. Good product for the value, wish it was more durable since convertible cribs are supposed to be "meant for a lifetime" of use. Wondering if I should have spent the $500 for a Babies R Us crib?? Atleast if this one gets trashed I won't feel so bad for the $200. Spend your money on a good mattress... 03/16/2011
Great Choice!!! At first I was kinda worried about just buying a crib online that I had never seen in person. I had read a lot about the crib and read lots of good reviews so I figured I would go for it.I am so happy that I went with this crib. It is very nice and sturdy and fairly easy to put together. The directions aren't the greatest, but if you look at them close enough and read the sickers on the pieces you should be fine. I put it together by myself and didn't even need my hubby to help. 10/15/2010
