Walmart Product Care Plans A limited product warranty is included free for most items. With an optional Walmart Care Plan you can enhance the manufacturer's coverage from the date of purchase . Walmart Product Care Plans cover 100% of the cost for repair or replacement, including shipping charges for the exchange.

Supplier Warranty: Return Policy: A request for return authorization must be made in advance in compliance with BZB Group Inc.'s Return Authorization Policy which follows. Request for returns may only be submitted for shipments received within 30 days. Upon Authorization of return, a Return Authorization Label(s) is issued to the customer, which must be affixed to the outside of the carton. Returns not carrying Return Authorization Label(s) will be refused delivery by BZB Group Inc. and returned to the customer. Return freight must be prepaid by the customer. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Defective merchandise returns will be credited to the customer at full value. First quality returns will be credited to the customer?s account at full value, less a 20% restocking charge/return freight at customer expense. Shipments refused by the customer will be credited at full value if shipment error is by BZB Group Inc. and not the result of the common carrier. Shipments refused for reasons not attributable to BZB Group Inc. will be credited at full value less 20% restocking charge and less return freight.
