This comes in two boxes with a LOT of parts to put together. If I didnt have my husband I would not been able to get the dresser drawers together. However once it was assembled it was not functional. The drawers are wood on wood and do not slide very easily if at all. The head board on the crib was cracked. One of the legs on the changing table were missing the threading to screw it together properly. When you try to call the customer service number provided with the assembly packet you get an answer service that has never seen the product and take a message, then you get an email a week later. They are not helpful. Make sure you keep your receipt until it is complete and you are ready to keep it. Completely inspect all the pieces before starting to put anything together. This will help save time when you have to take it appart for return. I ended up having to take the entire package back to Walmart, getting a refund and buying a better quality Graco at Target. 11/10/2010
Good product for price I Loved this product when I found it online. Great price for the bundle. It arrived with-in 4 days of my order date and didn't get messed up in shipping.The color is beautiful, a little darker than expected. The crib is much bigger than I had expected and the dresser smaller. The only complaint I have is with the assembly of the dresser. The crib and changer go together within 20 mintues, super easy. The directions where not very clear and the parts where not labeled.It took almost 2 hours to get the dresser put together due to us having to do process of elimination. Great Value Take the chance and buy this set. It is sturdy and beautiful. It doesnt look cheap and the color is rich. I to had a problem getting the sticker off the changing table. To the person looking for a solution to that I used a little vegtable oil on a rag and that did the trick. 09/18/2010
The One to Buy!!!!!!! I researched all of the convertible crib sets, before settling on this set. The previous reviews were right, we are so pleased with our purchase. I ordered this set with a mattress on Friday, 6/18. The crib set was delivered on Tuesday, 6/22 and mattress followed today. By the time I got home from work, my husband had put everything together and placed the mattress on the frame. This set is really dark, just what I wanted. I plan to buy the Walmart bookcases (3 and 5 shelves) in black to complete my son's nursery. 06/23/2010
