Rated 1 out of 5 BAD value for cute bed... I bought this bed for my granddaughter to use while she comes to stay at my house. It was a really nice bed and it got nice reviews on the walmart.com website. This is as far as it goes.When the bed arrived, my daughter and I attempted to put it together.Problem #1 one of the guardrails had the holes drilled in the wrong places. So I called to place an order for a replacement. I received the second guardrail, and it was STILL the wrong one! This time, the company sent me a guardrail for a completely DIFFERENT BED! I had to call again and send for a new one.... Hopefully this next one is the correct one.Problem #2: there appears to be mistakes made in the instruction booklet because throughout the directions, there are several stickers with new information that was placed over the old information. Also, when I had to call a 2nd time to report the guardrail was the wrong one, the new customer service representative told me that I had given them the wrong information. I gave the all the information that was on the instructions booklet! How do you get that wrong?Problem #3: There were several screws missing to put the bed together, as well as one of the screw holders in the bed were missing. Although, we can honestly do without the screw holders because it is in the middle of the headboard, and there are two other screws on the ends which are fine.Problem #4: The customer service for this company don't speak that good of English and I couldn't barely understand both of the representatives. The one girl I spoke with was quiet rude to me and told me that I must not be attaching the guardrail correctly. I'm not stupid, the holes are drilled in the wrong places!I would not recommend this company to anyone! If you want to buy a toddler bed, I would HIGHLY suggest going elsewhere, even if it is cheaper through WAlmart! 05/09/2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by cataclysmicawakening so-so Bed is a cute design, and nice color...but one of the main pieces to the bed was made incorrectly. The bolt holes in the center piece of the bed weren't drilled correctly, so I couldn't put the bolts in all the way. Called the company and they were very nice and are sending out a new piece so hopefully the new piece is properly assembled. Also the side rails on the bed seem kind of cheap, like if there was any other then gentle pressure put on them they might snap. But for the price its cute, and as long as you don't get a bad piece it's not a bad value. But it depends if you want to take the chance. 05/08/2013
