Rated 2 out of 5 by GradStudentWY2013 Select keys on the keyboard will not operate, despite it being a new product. Despite lots of researching online before choosing a laptop model in general, this was never mentioned. However, in searching online for keyboard-related troubleshooting and fixes, it turns out this is a huge problem with the product. Unless you are hands down first-choice needing this product/model in particular, go with your next choice. Save yourself the frustration and hassle. 03/12/2013
