Directions
Adults And children over 18 years: apply To affected area, squeeze desired amount Of aspercreme heat pain relieving gel onto affected area, using the sponge-top applicator, massage dispensed gel into painful area until thoroughly absorbed. Repeat as necessary, but no more than 3 To 4 times daily, if medicine comes in contact with hands, wash with soap And water. Children 18 years or younger: ask a doctor.

I like the spongy applicator I like the fact that it has a spongy applicator so you don't get it all over your hands. (when you use it the first time, the spongy thing is kind of hard and scratchy, but don't let that scare you off, because after the first use, it gets soft). I like that you just rub it on and you get that nice hot/icy feeling right where you need it. It only lasts for an hour at the most, so you do have to reapply it quite a bit, but that's how most of these items are. 04/22/2010
