great for the novice you MUST follow the instructions EXACTLY but when you do the food is great and the clean-up is a snap. even for a 71 year male like me. 10/13/2011
interesting little oven its taken a bit longer on a couple of things to cook, but fairly kool. u can watch it cook all the way around. I like it, but thinking its pretty much like a toaster over. for now its my only way to cook anything. made a whole chicken and potatoes at the same time, turned out yummy... 10/26/2011
