I bought it for my husband. He purchased the P90X system & needed an affordable but comparable pull-up bar. He says the "assembly" was very minimal & easy to follow. I was a little hesitant in trying it myself b/c I thought it might pop off & I'd fall flat on my bottom. It works fine. We're both very pleased with the product. 05/01/2012
Great Pull up bar! This is a great value for working out. Assembles easily. You can set it up and take it down in seconds.If you have soft door molding though, you will want to protect it with an additional later of padding (towel?) or something.Off to workout. 04/24/2012
