Nice, good pan It's a nice pan but I thought it would be good for bacon and eggs and it isn't, they stick. It is good for cooking one dish meals. Cleans easily even though it is not submersible. 02/06/2012
nice pan No cold spots. Heats up quickly and holds heat well. Cleans up easily. Down side...not dish washer safe. I use this pan at least a couple times per week. Seems to be holding up better than my last skillet that I paid over a hundred dollars for. It is a bit different cooking on stainless if you are used to non stick. I highly reccomend this product for the price. 01/07/2012
My wife has been looking for an electric skillet with these features for over a year. No long protruding handle. Stainless steel. 12 inches. Perfect. It took a lot of pressure of me 'cause she tasked me with constantly looking for one that fits "the bill". This is it! 12/09/2011
Compared to our old Farbarware, the Aroma unit seems to get very hot very fast but I don't know if it goes over the temperature on the control dial. The skillet sets very close to the cabinet top and we are concerned that the cabinet top will become scorched over time.. The unit seems to perform as advertised, 11/11/2011
