This egg cooker lets you cook as many as seven eggs at a time. Cook eggs the way you want as this cooker lets you choose between soft, medium, and hard boils. The stainless steel egg boiler also contains a measuring cup for adding the right amount of water for cooking.
This electric egg cooker has a built-in timer with an indicator light to show when the eggs are cooked to perfection. So, you need not worry about overcooked or underdone eggs anymore. What a waste of money. I got this egg cooker today and was excited to try it out. I unpacked it and got it all set to use, I am not fond of the super shiny stainless steel egg shape didn't realized how shiny it was going to be, it's like looking in a mirror everytine I got to the cooker. So anyways....when I use the little cup with the piercing on the bottom of the cup, the piercer wasn't sharp and was too thick of a piercer it was more blunt than sharp... I cracked 4 eggs trying to pierce it, so I ended up getting two eggs peirced and they were with small hairline cracks on the egg. Well I put them in and put the lid on turned it on. It took a good 12 min to cook. The light went out so I thought it was done...but then the light came back on then it buzzed the buzz was so faint sounded I would have to be in the same room to hear it. It would be better if it shut off automatically. Only thing I can say did work that the eggs were done to a hard boil egg. This thing needs improvement. But too much of a hassle to getting the egg peirced. But I don't like the idea storing the eggs in the fridge with a hole in the egg bacteria can accumilate in the egg could make it unsafe to eat. 10/16/2011
Great egg maker It's not easy cooking the perfect boiled egg but this machine makes it perfectly everytime. Especially those soft boiled eggs that always turn out too hard. It's amazing and alarm goes off and can be heard in next 3 rooms over. Highly recommend if you enjoy the perfect soft boiled egg and don't want alot of effort. 05/14/2011
Good product but know what you're getting into I didn't realize that I would have to poke the bottom of each egg prior to cooking which really means this is a little more effort in my opinion than throwing it in water. I wished I researched other similar products since I was told that an egg cooker is easier than boiling but to me this is just one big timer so that eggs come out right versus being an easier way to do it. 07/07/2011
not bad the down side I have with this product is the puncturing of the hole in the egg prior to cooking. the eggshells crack further down the shell which allows the egg to burst out of the shell when cooking. 05/20/2011
