I bought this because my rice always turns brown on bottom and this was suppose to cure that DID NOT HAPPEN rice still comes out brown on bottom. 02/07/2012
Bad, Bad, Bad! every time I have used this rice cooker, the rice has scorched. I have rinsed and rinsed the rice as directed. I have applied oil to the bottom of the pan, as directed. I have turned the rice off as soon as it is finished, and still I have not had "white" rice yet. It scorches on the bottom and turns brown. Not worth the money, when, making rice the old fashioned way is so simple. I will be putting this appliance in the garage and probably selling it at my next garage sale! 11/29/2011
