Disappointed When I make rice I have to put the steam tray on top or it will spit everywhere through the hole in the lid. Even when I rinse the rice well, it sticks to the bottom and has a film on the bottom so it all sticks together. 03/28/2012
This is good for a single person. If you need to prepare for more than 1 person I would suggest you get a bigger 1. Works great. 03/25/2012
Amazing! I never knew how awesome a rice cooker could be!! After YEARS of cooking pilafs, wild rice, basmati, etc.. most time for at last 20 minutes.. and cleaning rice stuck on the bottom of the pan, I decided to get a rice cooker. This is the best thing I've ever had in my kitchen in a long, long time! Just add water and rice... push the button down to cook..and walk away. When it's done the warmer light will come on until you're ready to eat. I'm not sure exactly how long it's taken to cook the wild rice, but I'm always back with 20 min and it's done...perfectly! I love this item and would highly recommend it!! 03/25/2012
