The other thing I was looking for is higher heat. Real wok cooking is done much hotter than ordinary electrics support. So far it's taken all I've dished out."Value" and "durability" are blank because it was a gift and, I haven't had it long enough to know how durable it is. It sure looks and feels sturdy, though. 01/04/2008
