It's a great product!!! My life loves this kitchen product in all aspects such as look n feel, cooking white/brown rice, user-friendliness, etc. And so, I am.I don't think the feedback on Durability is quite appropriate now as i still need to wait for time to prove it. Thanks! 07/16/2011
Let me start off by saying this is not the highest quality rice cooker you'll find but having said that, it works just fine for what I need. I wanted to be able to put rice and water in a cooker and leave it be to cook and that's what this does. I have cooked both brown and white rice and it does fine for both. Be careful with the measurements and also be sure to stir it right when it finishes cooking otherwise it will brown on the bottom. I would recommend this cooker to others. I have not used the saute feature, nor have I steamed meat or vegetables while cooking rice but I see no reason why that wouldn't work fine. 04/18/2011
