This co-sleeper is amazing! It has some really great features that you just don't get with other bassinets. First off, this product was incredibly simple to put together. There is a total of 8 screws. That's it! The directions are clearly drawn AND written. I put it together in less than 30 minutes. Second, it is very sturdy and not cheaply made, yet lightweight and very practical. Third, the under-storage basket is very roomy and is a great place to store anything and everything. This co-sleeper moves easily from room to room on its wheels. Also, this is narrow enough to fit easily through any doorways and narrow hallways. It seems as if the mesh siding keeps it a comfortable temperature as well as being a neat safety feature. I am very pleased with this purchase and how well made and affordable it is! Although our baby is not yet born, I can tell that this product is worth every penny and that in the long run we will be extremely pleased with it.

I looooove this item. Great price and extremely functional. I've been using the co-sleeper for the last 6 months and I'm sad to have to upgrade to a portable crib. It's been great to have my son at my side but not in my bed, the adjustable height is wonderful. The locking wheels keep the bed in place. The sheets are expensive but you can buy king/queen size pillow cases and just slid the pad in, fold over the edge. I've been buying the mainstay 2 packs they have at walmart.

The bassinet itself is great. It was very hard to put together because the screws were extremely tight, but that's not a bad thing once it is assembled. I didn't rate it higher because while the bassinet is not expensive and is good quality, the accessories are very expensive. I bought the Gerber knit sheets for it and some regular bassinet mattress protectors, and they don't fit at all. They curl the mattress up. I've discovered that the only sheets or mattress protectors that fit are the arms' reach brand, which are very expensive. So be aware that while the bassinet is cheap, the sheets and pads end up costing as much as the bassinet. The mattress protectors can only be bought from the manufacturer. Still, it's the only co-sleeper I was able to find for less than $300.00.

    Wonderful Product

When my daughter first asked for the Co-Sleeper I struggled to find the true "need" for it. However, now I am so glad I made the decision to buy it. I would highly recommend the Co-Sleeper for any first time parents. Assembly is easy. This product fits tightly against the parents bed and keeps the baby in full view without the parent having to even raise up in the bed. Dad loves it because it keeps the baby close by without the worry of rolling onto the baby in the night. It is excellent for breast feeding moms as they do not even have to leave the bed to nurse. It offers a great deal of comfort to parents and baby because the baby is super close without being directly in the bed with mom and dad, so all three rest much better through the night. It is also portable and can be wheeled through the house with ease. I purchased this product for my daughter and son in-law and they love it. I am so happy I made this purchase.

I would like to be able to wheel this into the bathroom while I shower, but don't want my toddler to be able to push it around. Do the wheels lock or are they easy to take off?
    by an anonymous customer 8/21/2010
    7 answers
    • A. Yes, the wheels lock. I still wouldn't find it safe though even with locked wheels for your toddler to be pushing it around. With the wheels locked I would think there could possibly be a tipping issue.

    • A. The wheels do lock. They're very similar to the wheels on most rolling filing cabinets, computer desks, etc. I'm not sure if they come off though. When I opened the box they were already installed on the legs.

    • A. I am currently using this as a free-standing bassinet. The one side only lowers if you 'unhook' the top bar and fold it down.

    • A. Yes, the side can either be partially down (in the co-sleeper set-up) or raised to its full height.

    • A. Yes. One side is fixed and the other side can either be folded up or folded down. In the folded up position, the bar locks in place and is covered by fabric with velcro. In the folded down position, it is kept in place just by the fabric with velcro.

I saw a picture of this cosleeper on a different website and it looked like the bottom was more of a shelf then a basket. I can"t find any dimensions on the basket size.

    • A. It's a deep basket. I never really used it, because it's hard to get to unless you have a lot of space to get down to it. Since I had the bed attached to ours and only had a couple feet to the wall on the other side, it wasn't worth trying to get to.

    • A. The shelf on my cosleeper was a canvas type basket. It was not sturdy enough for my children to stand of when they were trying to peek at the baby, but it fit extra blankets nicely. Other than that, it was not the most practical storage area.
