Rated 1 out of 5★ by LADYT11111111111 RETURNED IT BROKEN My son road it down our small hill only 4x & it broke. I returned it the very next day for an even exchange but while in line another lady was returning the 2 she bought. She said as soon as her kids sat on it it cracked in half. I instead got a full refund I WOULD NOT RECOMMOND THIS TO ANYONE EVEN THOUGH IT IS ONLY $5.00 01/01/2013
Rated 2 out of 5★ by Reviewinstuff Not very durable I bought 2 of these sleds for my boys to use on a small hill in the back yard. The information on this sled said it was rated for up to 100lbs. My 4 year old had no trouble and enjoyed his. The 1st ride down for my 9 year old (only 60lbs), the 2nd sled cracked. He wasn't being rough at all. We were very disappointed. 01/20/2013
Rated 2 out of 5★ by KPABird We received two of these for christmas this year for our kids. One of them has already broken. My 4 year old was riding it down the hill when it cracked. One of them has still survived, but when we get new ones we will be looking for ones that are much sturdier. I wouldn't pay for this kind. 02/02/2013
Rated 1 out of 5★ by MamaThrift Demolished My son was given this little sled last year, but hadn't really used it much. Yesterday was the first time he really got into riding it and on the 3rd or 4th ride down the hill, he skidded sideways and it broke. Nearly in half. It's a cute sled and it's the perfect size, shape, and functionality -- but the plastic, I believe, is not meant for frigid weather. I believe the constant cold makes the plastic brittle and easy to shatter. My 9 year old is a rather skinny guy, so I know that capacity has nothing to do with it. It just.. isn't durable.Maybe they need to rethink the science behind the plastic and its durability and try again. The major selling point for me was that it was less than $8! Huge pointers for that! But when it's like that... I may just get a garbage can lid, wrap it in a hefty bag and have him slide down the hill on that. 12/16/2013
