Rated 2 out of 5★ by EYKim Don't like this product much because of its warped corners; it distorts the view and gives me headache just to observe my fishes interact with each other. Would have returned and purchased another 5 gallon tank only if my fishes were not to get stressed from changing their living environment. 09/01/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by SuperStork Nice tank We are very pleased with this tank. We upgraded from a two and a half gallon to a five gallon. I liked the LCD lighting because it doesn't heat up the tank and caused too much algae to grow like a regular bulb did. The filter is nicer than I was expecting. Actually, I didn't see that it came with one when I was viewing the website. The water levels seem to need to be quite close to the rim for it to run better and make less sounds. I added a submersible heater (not included). Overall, the filter is good but it does make some sounds. It keeps the tank quite clean. I like that it does not require a separate pump as it is all in one. It can use Tetra's medium size filters, which are readily sold at most stores (including Walmart). The Tetra filters look almost exactly like the two the tank came with for a starter supply. We added some pretty artificial plants and one live plant. The lighting is nice. At first I thought the light had broken after a week, but it seems to work better if the light button isn't pressed down but needs more of a tap to side of the button. My 11 year loves his tank and we were able to get several small exotics that we haven't had before. I recommend this tank. I feel the price is fair too, especially since it came with a lighted hood and nice filter. 03/07/2014
Rated 1 out of 5★ by AwesomeFish1 Horrible Fish Tank This fish tank does not have an air pump with it. All tanks that are 1 gallon or more MUST have an air pump. Just buy the tetra air pump and your total cost will be around, what, $50 some odd dollars? It's not worth it!! Just buy the 3Gallon Led Light tank my tetra and this tank has like a disco ball! Not just three stupid colors. You have to change the water in this tank at least once a week. I change my 3Gallon Led Light tank every 6 months! 10/29/2013

Rated 3 out of 5★ by ajb2013 Exchanged for a different brand This arrived unusable, it was cracked all over and was not as heavy duty as I would expect a fish tank to be. I swapped it in the store for a different brand which had nicer lighting and a very quiet filter for a few dollars less in price. 03/06/2014
