This pet fountain is a good one because it has a waterfall above the water level so you and your pets can see the clean water it provides. Being a square fountain is unusual but a nice change with the active waterfall! I really think this is a great product after trying numerous other fountains! Both the cats and the dogs use it and love it!!! 06/29/2012

My cat prefers running water, and I have been looking for a reasonably priced foutain for a while; however, do not buy this because you will just end up returning it.I bought it, filled it with water, plugged it in, and the next morning it was no longer working (the pump had stopped) even though it was still full of water.Basically don't waste your time with this product because it is not worth the money or time it will take to return it in 24 hours after buying it. 01/12/2013

I bought the bigger one thinking it would be better, still junk. that mototr burned out in two weeks as well. I saved the box and receipt and got my money back for that one but am still out $20.00. I went to Petco and purchased a better fountain for my cats. 12/18/2012
