Our first Nano Using an iPod for the first time, we found it to be more sensitive than expected, simple things like getting the earbug jack to work right or operating the dial to get to where we wanted in the menu. For us, it would have been more helpful to purchase it at the store, rather than on-line. We could have used one-to-one help with the operation. It seems to be working right as we get more used to it. 01/04/2010
Great new addition to ipod products This new ipod is a great new addition to the ipod products and a better value for the price. It has video, fm radio. The only complaint I have is itunes. I personally hate itunes. It is hard to navigate especially if you have two or more ipods in your household. 01/03/2010
