    What were they thinking Stylish and thats about all. Nightmare to use. Controls on the earbud wires using multiple clicks to move forward and back do not work. Cannot use the ipod without the specific ear buds so stuck with them. I have spent too many hours trying to get my audio books to play to no avail. this is the 5th ipod in our house so we are fairly adept at using them and cannot figure out how to operate this shuffle. It's going back! 07/28/2010
    AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE This is for my son who is legally blind. He has an Ipod shuffle, which he uses to listen to music. He had no problems. So this one was for listening to books. He can't use the headphones he likes because all of the dials are on the headphone cord. But he planned to use them anyway. We could not get them to work correctly. We enlisted several electronically savvy people (I guess not savvy enough) No one could help. I will be returning it. 07/05/2010
