    ipod Shuffle I was very disapointed with the product. I had to buy an add-on to get around using only Apple headphone which hurt my ears. I really don't like being forced to use something. Now that I have a workaround and can use my own headphones I'm much happier. 05/29/2010

    Disappointed with earphones I had planned on getting other earphones for this iPod Shuffle, as the ones that come with it do not fit properly in my ears. Imagine my shock when I discovered that all of the controls are on the earphone cord! I've since adjusted to using the earphones that came with it, but they leave my ears physically sore because they do not fit. One feature that is nice is that you can press a button (on the earphone cord control) to hear the name of the song and the artist. 01/07/2010
