Rated 1 out of 5 your pre-configured phone isn't pre-configured i've spent over 6.5 hours in tech support with straight talk. i still don't have SMS & internet. they have a trouble ticket in with verizon that has been escalated & it's still not fixed. $817 for a phone that doesn't work properly. thanks guys. 05/10/2013
