Good product...Bad delivery! Ordered the red spinner bag on-line. I received it promptly on time but thanks to Fedex it was completely damaged! Unfortunately we have to return it back to store and order something else. Very disappointed with shipping. 10/21/2011
looks are deceiving I couldn;t really tell from the photo how sturdy the suitcase was until the package arrived. I opted to go for a Samsonite instead on sale at another store for a little more money. I figured it was an investment since I travel occasionally. 04/22/2011
