The drawer opened but because the pieces were bent, it's not an easy open/close process. The mirror is like thick aluminum foil. It had a sticker on it that ripped and scratched the "mirror" when I took the sticker off.

Granddaughter loves it!!

This was the cheapest vanity I found and I looked around. It came in pieces very easy to assemble I only needed a screwdriver and was done in &lt;20 minutes. I bought it for my 4yr old's birthday and she loves it she didn't care if was not a disney vanity she just wanted a place to play dress up. I highly recommend this since kids grow fast save your money and buy this one.

Simple is all you need

Puchased this for my 3 year old grandaughter for Christmas. I almost purchased the Disney version of this for $89.95! So happy that I found this one for under $23.00. Easy to put together, but lots of parts, so be prepared. It took my husband about 20 minutes with a screwdriver, but worth saving $50.00 vs the Disney version.

Granddaughter Loves It! Super Valve!

I bought this American Plastics My Very Own Vanity Set for my 4 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She loved it but she's a litter taller the most 4 year old kids. She had to bend down each time she wanted to look in the mirrow. The height could have been higher for the ages you recommended for this product.
