I personally, love these! They are light weight and comfortable and you will forget you're even wearing them. Occasionally, they will leak… but I am probably the exception. I had fibroids and these still usually held up to the test. If you have a normal cycle, you will probably never have that problem. They are super soft and comfortable.

My flow varies and on heavy days, these are the only ones that provide full coverage and absorbency. They are on the thicker side so sometimes, if wearing tight clothing, they feel a little like a diaper, or definitely a thicker pad. I have those heavy period nights where I can't move around alot in my sleep or I'll be changing my sheets in the morning. When I discovered these Size 5 pads years ago, I haven't looked back! I, like many women I'm sure, was using the wrong pad at night and assuming accidents were a normal part of life but once I started using these, I couldn't believe the coverage and haven't had any nocturnal problems since. The thickness and wings are great for holding lots of liquid(you know what I mean) and it stays in place. No sliding or bunching up. I definitely love the wide coverage in the back and it has saved me too many times to even count. You just can't go wrong with these. I flat out refuse to try another pad because why fix what isn't broken. Definitely a go to for any heavy leakers(you know what I mean) or anyone who wants some added peace of mind while sleeping!!
When it's that time of the month these'd are my GO TO. No accidents or leakes I don't have to worry about laying on a certain side. The wings protect every angle. I highly suggest this wonderful item.
