I love this piece of furniture, it was simple to install, looks beautiful, has plenty of work space, and is sturdy.However, I had to call the furniture company to send me replacement parts because when I received my package and opened it, I had several damaged/missing parts. The only downside for my experience was the waiting time it took to get those parts again (2 weeks).Highly recommend this desk to anyone who wants a large work space for a low budget. Rated 3 out of 5 by Officeman69 Suits my purpose I ordered on line this Credenza which better suited my purpose than a traditional desk. Plus I like that other pieces could be purchased later and added on to this Office Style set. Shipping costs was very reasonable but Walmart uses FedEx which is very unreliable in my experience with them. Well I got my desk and also left at my door in Florida was somebody's bed which clearly shipping information stated need to be shipped to somebody else in Illinois! They obviously didn't scan the other product! I had to go through the trouble or calling FedEx and schedule a pickup and take in the other persons bed till they could come after the weekend to pick it up! A truly unnecessary hassle. I really wish Walmart would use another shipping company. Credenza was a little bit stressful putting it together. It's heavy and at some point you will need another persons help till its complete. Only cons are the natural top has "unfinished look" to it and the shipping used by FedEx which to my experience is very unreliable. 04/16/2013

Several parts were broken into pieces as they arrived. I would still keep it- I will call the number it came with to replace the broken parts.Other than that-I love it's long sleek look. 04/12/2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by WindDragon This credenza/desk lost a star due to the beating it took in transit. When I opened the box, I found two broken areas punched into the long gray piece. Fortunately, the damaged area is out of sight and against the wall so I have kept the desk. Another thing: the picture shows a laptop. Unless you are a tall person with a chair that can be raised to accommodate long legs, this credenza is a few inches too high for a laptop. I am 5' 5". Otherwise, the desk looks great and has all sorts of room--the reason I bought it. You can really stretch out. Would recommend two people be present to put this together. It was very, very difficult to lift and place the top piece by myself. It wasn't so much the weight of the piece, but just awkward. Holes have to be lined up, etc. and you can't see while you're positioning....still, I managed and am now writing this review on the desk! 04/03/2013
