I'm oily and this amazingly doesn't make me more oily. Only make up I've ever been able to wear that doesnt cause break outs. Not extremely coverage, and doesn't blend in great. But by using the matching setting powder and a setting spray I'm overall happy.

I have been wearing this foundation for years. I tried a new foundation after reading reviews, but came back to this one. It covers well and goes on smooth. It's perfect for my acne prone skin!

I am in my late 40's and I still need to be careful what I use on my face or I will break out.  This is the best foundation I have found.  It does not over dry my skin either.  The coverage of spots and blemishes is ok, not great, but you can always add another layer if needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This foundation is supposed to cover and treat acne. I'm 38, and I never had acne, so I have no idea why I was chosen to test this foundation. Oily skin doesn't mean ‘skin with acne'. But will share my experience anyway. First of all, the shade #ivory is a little bit too pale for me, but with blush and bronzer it looks fine on my skin. This foundation has medium cover, don't oxidize. But on the other side, it's drying my skin. So I could use it only paired with really good moisturizer. Im sure, it would work better on a younger skin. Personally me will never buy it again, not good for my mature skin, even if I have oily skin.

Possibly perfect for someone else

My skin is oily, breakout prone, and sensitive. My skin is going through a phase of breaking out daily, leaving my skin with bad acne in different spots. As you can see in the before photos that I took at three different angles, I have acne spots every where. At 44, I would acne would be a thing of the past, but nope. I bought this foundation yesterday, and it's amazing. It's covered every acne spot while treating it, and soothing my sensitive skin, which was very irritated from my old makeup and my old products. You can see the difference in the after photos, using the same three angles. I recommend this foundation if you have oily, breakout prone and sensitive skin. The shades are darker than my old makeup, so I suggest going down a shade. But don't worry if it's too light, it does adjust to your skin tone.
