I think the most aware I am of how well it does work is when I run out and stop taking it for a few days. I find I have definite decline in mental alertness. I was very disappointed when my local WALMART store stopped carrying it. 11/27/2009

When I first tried it, I cut it in half which suited me physically. Now I can take the whole pill. I can tell a big difference in my memory.
