Did not work well; scratched up car Yes, it's a deal. Perfect to put on your 88 Chevette. Otherwise if you care about your car go with something higher value. The rack kept slipping, the bike rode dangerous close the road (I ended up blowing out my back tire pulling into a gas station parking lot). Plus it really dinged up my car. I put it on a 2002 Volvo S40 with a spoiler. The spoiler may have altered the placement of the rack enough to cause my problems, so perhaps on other cars its ok. Be careful though. 09/17/2011
Well the first time I used this bike rack the strap that holds the bike down snaped. Luckily I had some zip tips and used that to get home. I will be returning this bike rack this week. 09/07/2011
Collapse As other reviews state, this rack may collapse. On my first trip (with only 2 bikes), the rack collapsed within 2 miles from home. I was fortunate that "only" a tire was ruined. 08/22/2011
Decent product The only downfall on this is there are hooks that attach to the back of the trunk and they aren't padded. So it's metal on metal. 08/18/2011
