I purchased this to clean my patio (dogs kick up my gravel and dirt on it) They shipped it super fast but when i opened it, the left wheel was broken and it seemed to be used being that there was water droplets everywhere. called Wayfair, nice lady, promised to leave wayfair a message, promised to call me back the next day, she never did. So I went to the walmart site and sent them an email by the next day they emailed me back AND so did wayfair sending me a new unit. Next unit was shipped super fast aswell, but this time the right wheel was broken on it!!! By this time I was fuming. I called wayfair same nice lady, same words exchanged, no result. Emailed walmart again same fast results. 3rd unit was intact THANK GOD and walmart. If you do risk getting this machine and it comes with a broken wheel go straight to walmart and complain, seems the only way wayfair gets things right, other than that DO NOT BUY!!! 3rd unit got job done but its very leaky and I ended up with soaked shoes socks and pants. Maybe I have to tighten things up not sure since I've only used it once. Thanks Walmart for doing something about this, you will keep me as a customer. As for Wayfair, I doubt I will ever buy from them. And good luck getting a refund, they rather keep sending you broken units till the cows come home than giving you your money back. 10/12/2012
